Families can go on their own fun elephant hunt as Noah's Ark Zoo Farm in Wraxall, Bristol presents Follow the Elephant Trail until Saturday 3 September 2016.

There are ten model elephants hidden at various locations around the zoo, and each fact you find will give you a clue that will lead to the next elephant.

Along the way, you'll learn a whole host of interesting facts about these big-eared, long-trunked pachyderms as well as why they're now an endangered species and need your help to protect them.

The event is being held in conjunction with Elephant Parade, an international social enterprise which proudly runs the largest art exhibition of decorated elephant statues in the world, all of which have been created by celebrities and artists to raise awareness of the elephants' plight and their urgent, vital need for protection. 20% of all profits go straight to African and Asian elephant conservation and welfare projects.

And while you're there you can pop along to Elephant Eden to say hello to African elephants M'Changa and Janu and learn about them during the daily Elephant Presentation.

It all nicely also coincides with World Elephant Day on Friday 12 August 2016.
