Bristol will be coming together on the 4th July, just like the Americans, but our celebration is for Independents Day! No, that is no spelling error: Ordoo want to celebrate some of the best indie coffee shops, cafes, and lunch spots from across the city all at once to promote our wonderful food culture. What better way to explore and celebrate than a sunny lunchtime picnic in Castle Park?
Organised by Ordoo, a company set up to allow people to make the most of their lunch breaks, this picnic party will have entertainment aplenty along with a FREE coffee and lunch! By ordering ahead on their app (available here on the App Store, and here on Google Play), you can grab a free lunch and hot drink from the likes of Ironworks Supply Co, Blu-Fire Smoke 'n' Grill, TukTuck, Ickle, Playground Coffee House, Off Centre Cafe Lounge, Baristas Coffee Collective, Blue Pig Cafe, Beatroot Cafe and more!
Pop into their shops when notified by the app, then head down to Castle Park for the main event, all taking place in the space of a lunch break! Don’t miss out on this fun-filled experience, and we recommend you use it to try something new, you may just discover a new favourite!
