On Saturday 11 June 2016 The Rummer Hotel will host an evening of exotic meat prepared in a fine-dining style by the expert kitchen team. Crocodile, kangaroo and more will all feature on this special evening’s menu.

The Rummer Hotel is a fantastic Cocktail Bar and Restaurant which is based in All Saints Lane in the Centre of Bristol. The evening will consist of an exciting 6 course menu developed and prepared in head chef Gareth Daw’s own unique style and promises to be a unique and spectacular evening.

Locust in honey & maple


Kangaroo carpaccio with pickled courgette


Bison fillet Wellington with curried wild mushrooms


Crocodile tail, tropical fruit, Vietnamese vinaigrette
