Bristol Harbour Festival 2016 from 15-17 July 2016

Posted on: 11 May 2016

The Bristol Harbour Festival runs from the 15th to the 17th July 2016 in central Bristol. With live music, food, drinks, demonstrations and more on offer we’re in for a treat once again this year...

Bristol Harbour Festival 2016

The festival is a celebration of everything that makes Bristol great. We all know Bristol is the best city in the UK but this is a weekend where we prove it. Music, arts, culture, food, drink, charity, community...the list goes on. You had better have a pretty good excuse not to make your way to Bristol’s iconic waterfront setting for this weekend! While the full line-up is yet to be confirmed, you can count on Echo and the Bunnymen to open the festival on the Friday night at the Harbourside Amphitheatre. (Tickets)

Younger visitors are specifically catered for at the Children’s Area on College Green. There’s plenty to do and see as kids have the opportunity to get hands-on with a wide variety of activities. That being said, the festival as a whole is intrinsically family friendly so there’s plenty to keep the little ones entertained.

The Harbour Festival would be nothing without the Maritime aspect. Taking centre stage – quite literally as the river bisects almost every venue – there’s a seemingly never ending list of activities and demonstrations on offer. That’s on top of the spectacle of 250 visiting vessels of all shapes and sizes for you to enjoy.

We will announce the line-up of artists, performers and more the second our ‘little birds’ get wind of it so keep checking back with us...

At 365Bristol we really hope you all have a great time at this truly iconic event. Another reason Bristol is such a great city to live in and visit. If you have any questions or comments, or would like any advice on the event, please don't hesitate to get in touch! #AdviceisFree
