Bristol Weather Forecast - Quietly Creeping Through Spring

Bristol Weather Forecast - Quietly Creeping Through Spring

Posted on: 25 Apr 2016

In the lead-up to the bank holiday weekend, Bristol will see a forecast much like last week's. Luckily, last week turned out to be above expectations so fingers crossed for this week! As it stands, we can expect more cloud, temperatures between 9 and 12 degrees and the odd shower or two.

There's always plenty to do in Bristol whatever the weather, but with the rain staying away for much of the week, except for a damp looking Friday, there's plenty of options for things to do in Bristol. Theatre, pubs, food, bars and loads more - check out what's going on with our daily events calendar.

Here's our more detailed outlook for the weekly weather forecast in Bristol from 18-24 April 2016 courtesy of The Met Office wizards and Google.

Monday 25 April 2016 - 2-4-1 on excellent Gourmet Pies at Clifton Wine Bar!

A chilly start to the day with a chance of rain early on. It will brighten up through the day, with temperatures rising to the low-teens, before what looks like a nice, bright evening.

Tuesday 26 April 2016 - Why not treat yourself to an incredible tasting menu at The Rummer Hotel.

Thanks to Monday's clear evening expect a very cold start to your Tuesday - temperatures as low as 3 degrees. There will be some cloud but the sun will be making a few appearances to try and warm things up. Not looking like temperatures will creep over 10 degrees all day though. There's a chance of rain in the early evening but we should be OK.

Wednesday 27 April 2016 - It's Quiz Night at Seamus O'Donnells - Bristol's best Irish pub!

The outlook is similar to Tuesday with another cold start to the day. Again, temperatures will try and struggle their way up to 10 degrees and the rain will hopefully stay away, though there is a chance of showers in the afternoon.

Thursday 28 April 2016 - Head to The Volunteer Tavern for 2-4-1 Burgers!

These cold starts are becoming a bit of a theme this week! There's a chance of rain from lunchtime onwards so Bristol needs to keep its fingers tightly crossed please. Temperatures will likely peak at 9-10 degrees in early afternoon.

Friday 29 April 2016 - Loads of Friday things to do here!

Not looking great for your Friday night out we're afraid - a good chance of rain all evening but should clear up by the time you finish your drinks! A clear start to the day but the rain is set to begin with showers around lunchtime.

Saturday 30 April 2016 - Gin and Cheese at Cox and Baloney...yes, Gin and Cheese!

It's looking pretty cold to begin with but will warm later into the day. Sadly, the warmth will be accompanied by rain in the late afternoon/early evening. Luckily, a clear end to the day shouldn't spoil your Saturday night too much.

Sunday 01 May 2016 - Take a Sunday stroll along the harbourside and stop in at Spike Island to visit Michael Beutler's 'Pump House' exhibition.

A bit of a mixed bag of a day that could go any number of ways. Should be a clear and crisp start to the day but from there it's anyone's guess. Light showers combined with sunny periods are predicted for most of the day before a clear evening - click for our recommended venues for a Sunday Roast in and around Bristol.

Have a fantastic week!
