Innovative fitness classes at AirHop trampoline park in Bristol

Known as ‘AirFit’, it’s a great and fun alternative to the gym. It’s a high energy workout that utilises the trampolines and other equipment around the Air Hop venue in Bristol. It’s designed to make you fitter, stronger and leaner.

Using a trampoline can burn up to 1,000 calories per hour and is a great cardio vascular exercise, during the 45-minute class you can expect to burn between 550- 650 calories. 

 

AirHop Trampoline Park in Bristol is one of the most spectacular event spaces ever opened in the City. All ages and all physical abilities are catered for in the incredible venue - the largest trampoline park in the world - located in Patchway.

 

These sessions currently run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am and Wednesdays at 7pm. The cost is just £5 for the hour-long class, though on your first session there will be a one off charge of £1.50 for the non-slip socks, these are then yours to keep for future visits of any kind to AirHop!
