Window Wanderland in Bristol

Window Wanderland is a great social initiative that aims to bring Bristol communities together and spread a little joy through creative window displays. Local areas will light up and people will be out in force to mingle and gaze at the varied themes.

Window Wanderland in Bristol

Founded in 2015, it aims to promote an overall sense of joy and fun amongst local communities and encourage people  who might not consider themselves as being ‘creative’ to get involved and give it a go. Thankfully for some here at 365 Bristol, you don’t need to be artistic in any way. Of course, there are many displays that are quite spectacular and intricate but others can just be as simple as a set of fairy lights, it’s completely up to you.

Each individual event supports different charities so it’s all in a great cause too. There are currently four events already confirmed for Bristol, wich are listed below. The ‘map’ section lists all the houses and local businesses that have signed up and will be putting on a display so you can plan your ideal route. If your area isn’t listed then it’s very simple to set one up in another area if you would like. You’ll even get a local toolkit with everything you need to help you on your way. To get in touch to discuss the possibility of holding an event in your area use the ‘contact’ section of their website.

Here are the four events currently planned for the Bristol area:

Bishopston - Sat 20th and Sun 21st Feb 2016. 6-9pm.Contact them/sign up here and see the map.
