At-Bristol’s incredible digital 3D Planetarium is once again hosting an evening under the stars with a new programme of Planetarium Nights.

 

Back by popular demand, these shows will take place on the 21st and 28th January 2016, and are open to all but best for those over the age of 16. There are two available shows, one at 7pm and one at 8:15pm, and the show will last for 45 minutes.

 

Get close-up views like you’ve never seen before and discover the universe from the comfort of your seat, using the latest technologies available. After the show, make sure to take some time to explore the revamped Space Gallery and grab a drink!

 

The 7pm showing, Winter Stargazing 3D, is an immersive show that will have you flying to Jupiter and discovering how to find constellations and unveil the secrets of the stars. This show is suitable for beginners and experienced hobby stargazers, and is not to be missed!

 

The showing at 8:15pm, Exploring the Solar System 3D, flies you to the incredible worlds in our Solar System, using state-of-the-art technology to investigate the Earth, Sun and Moon, along with all the planets and interesting phenomena you can find! This awe-inspiring and totally engaging show is a fantastic introduction to astronomy.

 

To book your tickets, call 0117 915 1000, or pop into the At-Bristol foyer during opening hours. Adult tickets are £8 (£7 adv), concessions are £7 (£6 adv), and members are £3.50. If you register a group of 10 or more, all tickets are just £6, so 1 goes free with every 10 paying.
