The 159th North Somerset Show will arrive in Bristol on Monday the 7th May 2018. An agricultural spread of events with everything from livestock showing to tractor pulling, there’s something for everyone at this extravaganza!

If you’re wondering how to spend your Bank Holiday Monday and fancy getting into the countryside for some fresh air then this is definitely the day out for you! The show will take place at the North Somerset Showground, directions to which can be found at the end of this article. With a long list of fun and entertaining events, you’ll have your pick of what to see on the day… and what better way to make the most of our recently found wonderful weather?

Main events will include: livestock & horse showing, tractor pulling and show jumping. Alongside all of these will be countryside crafts (great for the kids!), terrier racing, Kennel Club Dog Agility, have-a-go archery, trade stands galore, as well as their extensive food hall and stalls selling treats from the likes of Chew Moo’s Ice Cream Co, Pullins Bakery and Ministry of Fudge.

Tickets are £18 each for adults, £8 for children and family packages are available for £45. Until the 30th April, they are available at the discounted prices of £16, £6 and £40 respectively, so snap up the deal whilst it lasts!
