Verdi's opera will tug on the heart strings when it comes to Bristol in April

Sit back and enjoy a glass of prosecco when Everyman Cinema brings MET Opera's Luisa Miller to Bristol on 14th April. Verdi's rarely performed opera based on the novel Intrigue and Love by Friedrich Schiller tells the story of Luisa and her love for Rodolfo who's identity, unbeknown to her, is not what it seems. In the MET's first performance of Verdi's masterpiece in over a decade, the title role is sung by Sonya Yoncheva with Piotr Beczala as Rodolfo.

A trip to the Everyman on Whiteladies road is more than just a cinema experience. With armchair and sofa style seats you can relax in comfort to enjoy this opera by New York's finest.

Tickets, including prosecco, are £30 and can be booked here.  The screening starts at 5.30pm.
