Bowood House hosts The Great British Food Festival this August Bank Holiday

The Great British Food Festival is coming to Bowood House on 25 - 27 August.

The event features over 70 traders, 78 demonstrations and talks and 810 minutes of music. There promises to be a strong number competitors fighting to be crowned Cake Off winner. For the children they’ll be circus skills and cookery classes. And, not for the faint hearted, there will be 3 Man V Food challenges including the Chilli Challenge and Treat Challenge. The big one is the 606 Sausage Challenge - can you beat the reigning champion, James Shute, who ate his way through 74.5 inches of sausage?
