Evita at The Bristol Hippodrome on from 14 to 18 February

Evita will be staged from Tuesday 14 February 2017 to 18 February 2017 at The Bristol Hippodrome. Shows are at 7.30pm each evening with additional matinees at 2.30pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Bill Kenwright’s production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s award winning Evita arrives at The Bristol Hippodrome from 14-18 February 2017 after a blockbuster run at London’s Dominion Theatre.

 

Evita is the story of Eva Peron, the scond wife of former dictator of Argentina Juan Peron, and shows her journey from a low beginning to astounding power, wealth and iconic status which at last leads her to be heralded by the people of Argentina as “the spiritual leader of the nation”

 

Evita has more than 20 awards to list, and also an Oscar winning film version starring Madonna and Antonio Banderas. Featuring some of the best songs in musical theatre including On This Night of a Thousand Stars, Don’t Cry for Me Argentina, You Must Love Me, and Another Suitcase in Another Hall.
