Ellen Kent's Aida will be presented on Saturday 11 February 2017 at The Bristol Hippodrome.

 

Opera and Ballet International presents to you an Ellen Kent production with soloists having global recognition, acclaimed chorus and full orchestra.

Olga Perrier, the international French Soprano will be playing Aida, Liza Kadelnik, from Romanian National Opera will be playing as Amneris.

 

Ellen Kent’s greatest opera Aida is coming back to UK in Autumn 2016 with its new production, with a beautiful set which is built by Set-UP Scenery in UK, they have also built sets for Royal Opera Covent Garden.

 

In Aida, the magnificent Egypt is set against the splendor of Coliseum of Rome which is directed by Ellen Kent and inspired by the ancient Greek dramas of Euripides and to present the control of priests in the whole Egypt. This story is about war, revenge and jealousy, filled with the doomed love of alluring and attractive Ethiopian slave girl, Aida and the Egyptian hero, Radames.

 

Aida features one of the greatest music masterpieces Verdi which brings life into this by well knownarias “Celeste Aida”, “Ritorna Vincitor” and the classic “Triumphal March”, also not only this it also have a temple dance, and a combination of fire performance and cascade of sparkling gold.
