Dreamboats and Petticoats at Bristol Hippodrome from 24 to 29 July 2017

Presenting before you some of the greatest hit songs from the era of rock ‘n’ roll, Dreamboats and Petticoats will be live at Bristol Hippodrome from 24th to 29th July 2017.

The West End sell-out sensation derives its inspiration from the hit albums of the same name which sold millions of copies. When these 7 albums were successful, it was evident that the British public loves to see the pure nostalgia rather than merely listening to it on records. They achieved the milestone of staying at the number 1 position in the compilation charts for weeks on end and also sold a whopping 3.5 million copies.

In 1961 emotions run high as young musicians Norman and Bobby compete to win a national song writing competition - and, more importantly, the attention of the gorgeous Sue! But when Bobby discovers that Laura is no slouch on the piano, love and rock ‘n’ roll fame beckons.

It contains awesome beloved tracks from The Shadows, Roy Orbison, Billy Fury, Eddie Cochran, etc, including the likes of 'Only Sixteen', 'Let’s Dance', 'Bobby’s Girl', 'Great Pretender', 'Little Town Flirt', 'C’mon Everybody', 'Runaround Sue', 'To Know Him Is To Love Him', 'Let’s Twist Again Shaking All Over', 'Let It Be Me', 'Happy Birthday Sweet 16', as well as others of the golden era’s super hits!

Tickets range from £21.90 to £45.40 which includes £4.00 transaction fee.
