See a uniquely beautiful side of Bristol

Situated beside a deeply-running river Avon below a steep wooded bank, Beese’s is a haven of tranquility where generations of city dwellers have put the cares of the city behind them. An idyllic setting for an afternoon tea, a few drinks, a light bite or a full meal. Spend an hour cruising up the river with Number Seven Boats, two hours at Beese’s and then another hour back down to the centre again. Here's the timetable for the river cruise.

Cruise to Beese's Riverside Bar

Boats leave from the Cascade Steps - on the waterfront next to 'The Fountains' - at 12pm and 2pm every Saturday from April 15th until September 30th. From there you'll spend an hour cruising up the picturesque river before you enjoy 2 or 4 hours at the beautiful Beese's, then another leisurely hour as you return to the city centre. Prices are £8 for a single (child/concession £5.60) or £14 return (child/concession £8.50).
