The Volunteer Tavern is the epitomy of Thinking and Acting Local. You will find the walls adorned with work from the Bristol artist Laura Cramer, their meat is supplied from the region including sausages from JD Brittans, the oldest independent pork butchers in Bristol and are always pulling pints from local Real Ales brewers such as Wiper and True, Wickwar Brewery, Arbor Ales and the Bristol Beer Factory amongst many more.

Regular events at The Volunteer Tavern in Bristol

Mondays - Curry evening, homemade curry and a drink for just £5. 6-9pm.

Tuesdays - Two for One night, buy one homemade burger and get another for free. Noon until 3pm and 6-9pm.

Fridays - Chip Shop Friday, fish and chips with a pint for £10. Noon until 3pm and 6-9pm.

Sundays - Time for Sunday Roast. Booking in advance is recommended so call 0117 955 8498 to reserve a table. 

If you a member of the real ale and cider organisations CAMRA or BRA or a student you will also benefit from a 10% discount including the regular beer, cider and food festivals.
