Their cocktail bar boasts the best and largest spirit collection in the region and their cocktail bartenders are ranked among the best in the country. They have been at the vanguard of Bristol’s cocktail scene, and continue to innovate and impress the cocktails crowd in the city. The Rummer is open every day until midnight and stays open until 1am on the weekends. Hugely popular for their special events and Bristol Dry Gin tastings.
