Spitfire Barbecue in Bristol is a fantastic new restaurant that has opened down on the Harbourside at Hannover Quay.
The Spitfire cooks all of its food on a traditional wood burning grill for that added flavour and taste. Inspired by owner Billy Steyn's South African roots, Spitfire Barbecue has a wide ranging menu leaving all customers extremely satisfied.
Without doubt the star dish at the restaurant has to be the Full Rack of St Louis Ribs which anyone would have a hard time finishing - it comes highly recommended from the 365Bristol team.
Spitfire Barbecue also has some excellent cocktails too, offering 2-4-1 cocktails from Monday to Thursday.
It' a perfect venue for brunch or lunch and there's a great deal available from Monday through until Friday where you can have a meal from the lunchtime menu and drink for just £6.95.
