Iconic multi-room nightclub situated in the heart of Stokes Croft.

An integral part of Bristol nightlife for the best part of 25 years, Lakota is undoubtedly one of the city's most historic club venues. Situated in the heart of Stokes Croft, the club has seen an nurtured a wide range of musical genres and movements over the years, from Bristol's world-renowned drum & bass scene to early iterations of dubstep and much, much more.

Lakota's multi-room complex offers an unforgettable and truly unique experience, allowing for several different crews and soundsystems to set up across the site on any given night. Several of Bristol's biggest electronic music exports of all time - including Eats Everything, Roni Size and Pinch - have been regulars at Lakota at one point or another.

Lakota has, for a long time, been a firm favourite among students and locals alike, with their in-house party brand, Wide Eyes, showcasing the very best DJs and producers Bristol has to offer through huge weekly parties.

The summer months also present an opportunity for Lakota to expand their programming even further, with the expansive Stokes Croft Beer Garden located along the south-east side of the club. From all-day takeovers to food festivals and live comedy, the club's outdoor space is up there with the very best in Bristol when the sun's shining and good vibes are in full flow.

Lakota's owners have sadly confirmed after years of rumours that the club will eventually close to make way for new developments, but in the mean time we urge you to make the most of a genuine cultural landmark and an iconic piece of Bristol's nightlife landscape. Find out more about the club and see what's on here.
